Refund Policy

At Nkanyezi Healing, we are committed to providing quality products and professional spiritual services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

Physical Products

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 10 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Only regular-priced physical products are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Consultations and Spiritual Services

All consultation bookings, spiritual services, healing sessions, readings, rituals, ceremonies, energy work, and custom spiritual work are final and non-refundable.

Once a consultation or spiritual service has been booked, purchased, or scheduled, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted, regardless of whether the client chooses not to attend, changes their mind, or is unable to participate.

If Nkanyezi Healing must cancel a consultation or service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• A rescheduled appointment; or
• A full refund, at our discretion.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable content, and electronically delivered materials are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nkanyezihealing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Process

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please do not return products to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
